Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 14 Days of the product being delivered. Still not in love after two weeks? Well, no Queen should be in an unhappy relationship, no matter how cute the product was at the beginning! 

Two options are available. Don't you just love choices? 

1. You can decide to keep the product and get a half-refund (suggested for body care products)
-Due to FDA health and safety regulations, we cannot refund, exchange, or credit products once they are opened that fall under these categories: 
*Lotions, Soaps, Shampoos, Conditioners, Perfumes, Scrubs, Lipsticks, Eye shadows, Creams of any sort Or any perishable items. WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO DECIDE IF AN ITEM IS NONREFUNDABLE.

2. Return the product and get a full refund

* A FULL refund will only be given if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging with no damages. 


* NO REFUNDS/RETURNS on sale items, special offers, and discounts.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will be unable to process a refund otherwise. CONTACT US. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

*If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
